Yes, DownsizeSale will provide some form of refund in most cases, depending on the nature of the issue if it is reported immediately so long as it doesn’t conflict with our return or refund policies.

All refund related issues need to be raised during the pickup event with DownsizeSale staff. Refund requests placed 48 hours after pickup will not be considered, as the auction file will have been closed by that time. Downsizesale.com is not responsible for any damaged or lost items after the item is released to its new owner.
